TPU dehumidification drying system

In order to solve the problems of insufficient drying of TPU materials, odor and dust in material handling, WOLTER has developed the TPU maturation drying system. Meanwhile, it adopts advanced drying technology and precise control of temperature and time to ensure that different types of TPU are fully dried and the moisture content is reduced to less than 100ppm. Equipped with high efficient odor removal device, physical adsorption and chemical decomposition to remove the odor. Dust collection and filtration devices are installed to prevent the spread of dust and ensure a clean and safe environment. In addition, we emphasize on reducing the surface viscosity of elastomer materials to make the surface of materials smoother, which is convenient for after drying, and improve the production efficiency and quality of materials.
